Documents checked against the current rule, forms filled, the application
submitted and tracked — for 7 destinations that need a visa before
you fly, and the right paperwork for the 11 that do not.
What we cannot do: decide your visa.
No agent anywhere can. We prepare the file properly and submit it on time — the embassy
or immigration authority makes the decision, and the government fee is theirs, not ours.
Destination, travel dates and how many of you. We check the rule that applies on
your dates — not last year's.

You get one checklist
Exactly what is needed for that country, in a single list. No drip-feed of
"one more document" a week before you fly.
3
We fill and submit
Forms completed, photographs sized, appointment booked where one is needed, and
the application lodged. You sign; we do the rest.
4
We track it to the decision
We follow the application and tell you the moment there is news — including
if something is queried, so it can be fixed quickly.
Visa help comes as part of a Tripido holiday. Our service charge is shown
on your quote before you pay anything; the government fees below are separate and go to
the embassy or immigration authority.

What each destination asks for
Every rule and fee below is quoted from the government or embassy source
named with it. Rules change without notice — the source link is there so you can
check it yourself, and we re-check it when you book.

If an agent promises approval, walk away. We can make sure the file is complete,
correct and submitted in time, which is what refusals usually turn on.
Apply early
Processing times are set by the embassy and move with demand and holidays. We tell
you the current published time for your destination when you ask, and we will say if
your dates are tight.
Government fees are not ours
The amounts above go to the embassy, consulate or immigration authority. They are
published figures, quoted from the source named on each card, and they can change.
A refusal is not a refund
Government fees are almost never returned if an application is refused, and that is
the authority's rule, not ours. We will tell you the risk before you pay anything.
Tell us where you are going and we will come back with the exact list for your dates.
