Getting there

Overnight Volvo coaches leave Delhi (Kashmere Gate / Majnu ka Tilla) every evening and reach Manali by morning. By air, fly to Chandigarh and drive 8 hours, or take the small Alliance Air flight to Bhuntar, which is often cancelled in bad weather. Our standard package includes the Delhi–Manali Volvo both ways; if you fly to Chandigarh or Bhuntar we swap in a car transfer.

Airlines on the route: HRTC / private Volvo coaches; Alliance Air to Bhuntar (weather-dependent).

Questions we get asked about Manali

When does it snow in Manali?

Reliably from late December to February in Solang Valley and Sissu; occasionally in Manali town itself. Rohtang Pass is closed in winter — Atal Tunnel takes you to snow at Sissu instead.

How much does a Manali trip cost?

Our package starts at ₹15,900 per person and includes the overnight Volvo from Delhi both ways, 3 nights in Manali, transfers and sightseeing. Add ₹1,000–2,000 a day for meals.

Do I need a permit for Rohtang Pass?

Yes — a daily-capped permit issued online by the Kullu administration, plus a congestion fee. Our driver arranges it; the pass is open roughly May to October.

Is Manali good in monsoon?

No. July–August landslides close roads and hide the mountains. Come in September instead.
