Questions about this trip

What is included in the 5-night Nepal package?

The land price covers 5 nights in 3–4★ hotels with daily breakfast; Private vehicle throughout, including Kathmandu–Pokhara; Sightseeing with an English-speaking guide; Monument entries; Airport pickup and drop. Everything in that list is confirmed in writing on your itinerary before you pay anything.

What is not included in the price?

Not included: Flights to Kathmandu and the Pokhara–Kathmandu flight if chosen (quoted live); Travel insurance; Lunches and dinners; Tips, personal expenses and anything not listed above. We publish exclusions as prominently as inclusions, so there is nothing left to discover at the hotel counter.

Is ₹29,900 per person, and does it include flights from Delhi?

₹29,900 is per person on twin sharing — two people sharing one room — and it is the land price only. International flights are not in it. We quote the airfare live from Delhi (Indira Gandhi International, DEL) for your own dates and show it as a separate line, so you can see exactly what each part of the trip costs instead of one bundled number. Travelling alone costs more, because of the single-occupancy supplement.

How long is the journey from Delhi to Nepal?

About 1h 30m in the air from Delhi (Indira Gandhi International). The route is flown non-stop, so there is no connection to miss. Several daily non-stops to Kathmandu. Exact timings depend on the airline and the day you fly, and we confirm them with your quote.

Do Indian passport holders need a visa for Nepal?

No visa · ID only. Indian citizens do not need a visa or a passport to enter Nepal — a valid photo ID is enough. Full details, with the official source, are in our Nepal guide.

When is the best time to visit Nepal?

October to November — post-monsoon, the clearest mountain views of the year. March to April is the second window, with rhododendrons in bloom. June to September monsoon: leeches on trails, cloud over the peaks, and delayed Pokhara flights. We run this trip year round and will tell you honestly if your dates fall in the wrong season. Full details, with the official source, are in our Nepal guide.

Can we change this itinerary?

Yes. This is a starting point, not a fixed departure. Tell us your dates, how many of you are travelling and what you actually want to see, and we rebuild it — more nights, a different hotel grade, a different order, or a city added. You get a written day-by-day itinerary and an itemised price before you pay anything, and a quotation is not a booking.

How do we book, and what do we pay up front?

Call or WhatsApp us and we send a written itinerary and quote. To confirm, you pay a booking deposit, with the balance due by the date shown on your proposal — the schedule depends on the destination and on how far ahead you book, because hotels and airlines set their own deadlines. A booking made close to departure is payable in full at confirmation. The exact amounts and dates are always written on your proposal before you pay anything, and the full booking conditions are published.
