Day by day
- Day 1Arrive in Tokyo
Airport transfer by shared shuttle. Check in; evening in Shinjuku.
- Day 2Tokyo
Full-day city tour: Meiji shrine, Senso-ji at Asakusa, the Imperial Palace gardens, Shibuya crossing.
- Day 3Mount Fuji
Day trip to the Fuji Five Lakes: the Chureito pagoda view, Lake Kawaguchi and the Fifth Station if the road is open.
- Day 4Bullet train to Kyoto
Shinkansen to Kyoto. Afternoon at Kiyomizu-dera and the Gion district.
- Day 5Kyoto
Fushimi Inari at opening, the Golden Pavilion, the Arashiyama bamboo grove.
- Day 6Kyoto to Osaka
Nara day trip on the way — the deer park and Todai-ji — then Osaka for the night and Dotonbori after dark.
- Day 7Fly home
Transfer to Kansai airport.
