Questions about this trip

What is included in the 5-night Georgia package?

The land price covers 5 nights in a 4★ hotel in Tbilisi with daily breakfast; Airport transfers; Kazbegi, Mtskheta–Kakheti and Tbilisi tours with an English-speaking guide, including the Gergeti 4x4; Cable car and monument entries as per itinerary. Everything in that list is confirmed in writing on your itinerary before you pay anything.

What is not included in the price?

Not included: International flights (quoted live for your dates); Georgia e-visa; Travel insurance; Lunches and dinners; Tips, personal expenses and anything not listed above. We publish exclusions as prominently as inclusions, so there is nothing left to discover at the hotel counter.

Is ₹49,900 per person, and does it include flights from Delhi?

₹49,900 is per person on twin sharing — two people sharing one room — and it is the land price only. International flights are not in it. We quote the airfare live from Delhi (Indira Gandhi International, DEL) for your own dates and show it as a separate line, so you can see exactly what each part of the trip costs instead of one bundled number. Travelling alone costs more, because of the single-occupancy supplement.

How long is the journey from Delhi to Georgia?

9–12h in the air from Delhi (Indira Gandhi International). It is a connecting route, so allow for the transfer when you plan your first day. Via Doha, Sharjah, Dubai or Istanbul to Tbilisi. Exact timings depend on the airline and the day you fly, and we confirm them with your quote.

Do Indian passport holders need a visa for Georgia?

e-Visa · 30 days (visa-free with US/UK/Schengen visa). Indian passport holders need a Georgian e-Visa, unless they hold a valid visa or residence permit from the US, UK, Schengen area, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea or a GCC state — in which case entry is visa-free. Full details, with the official source, are in our Georgia guide.

When is the best time to visit Georgia?

May to June and September to October — warm days, cool nights, wine harvest in autumn. Nothing to avoid outright. July–August is hot in Tbilisi (35°C) but ideal for Kazbegi; December–February is ski season in Gudauri with icy roads elsewhere. We run this trip year round and will tell you honestly if your dates fall in the wrong season. Full details, with the official source, are in our Georgia guide.

Can we change this itinerary?

Yes. This is a starting point, not a fixed departure. Tell us your dates, how many of you are travelling and what you actually want to see, and we rebuild it — more nights, a different hotel grade, a different order, or a city added. You get a written day-by-day itinerary and an itemised price before you pay anything, and a quotation is not a booking.

How do we book, and what do we pay up front?

Call or WhatsApp us and we send a written itinerary and quote. To confirm, you pay a booking deposit, with the balance due by the date shown on your proposal — the schedule depends on the destination and on how far ahead you book, because hotels and airlines set their own deadlines. A booking made close to departure is payable in full at confirmation. The exact amounts and dates are always written on your proposal before you pay anything, and the full booking conditions are published.
