Questions about this trip
What is included in the 4-night Dubai package?
The land price covers 4 nights in a 4★ hotel with daily breakfast; Airport transfers and all tours on a private or seat-in-coach basis; Burj Khalifa 124th floor ticket (non-prime hours); Desert safari with barbecue dinner; Dhow cruise with dinner; Abu Dhabi day tour with the Grand Mosque. Everything in that list is confirmed in writing on your itinerary before you pay anything.
What is not included in the price?
Not included: International flights (quoted live for your dates); UAE visa; Tourism dirham fee paid at the hotel; Travel insurance; Lunches; Tips, personal expenses and anything not listed above. We publish exclusions as prominently as inclusions, so there is nothing left to discover at the hotel counter.
Is ₹36,900 per person, and does it include flights from Bengaluru?
₹36,900 is per person on twin sharing — two people sharing one room — and it is the land price only. International flights are not in it. We quote the airfare live from Bengaluru (Kempegowda International, BLR) for your own dates and show it as a separate line, so you can see exactly what each part of the trip costs instead of one bundled number. Travelling alone costs more, because of the single-occupancy supplement.
How long is the journey from Bengaluru to Dubai?
About 4h in the air from Bengaluru (Kempegowda International). The route is flown non-stop, so there is no connection to miss. Several daily non-stops to Dubai. Exact timings depend on the airline and the day you fly, and we confirm them with your quote.
Do Indian passport holders need a visa for Dubai?
Visa required · on arrival for some. Most Indian passport holders need a UAE tourist visa arranged before travel; a 14-day visa on arrival is available only to those holding a valid US, UK, EU, Canada or Australia visa or residence. Full details, with the official source, are in our Dubai guide.
When is the best time to visit Dubai?
November to March — 24–30°C, outdoor everything: desert safaris, beaches, the fountain, Global Village. June to August is 40–45°C with high humidity. Doable if you plan indoor days, and hotels are half price, but not the Dubai most people want. We run this trip year round and will tell you honestly if your dates fall in the wrong season. Full details, with the official source, are in our Dubai guide.
Can we change this itinerary?
Yes. This is a starting point, not a fixed departure. Tell us your dates, how many of you are travelling and what you actually want to see, and we rebuild it — more nights, a different hotel grade, a different order, or a city added. You get a written day-by-day itinerary and an itemised price before you pay anything, and a quotation is not a booking.
How do we book, and what do we pay up front?
Call or WhatsApp us and we send a written itinerary and quote. To confirm, you pay a booking deposit, with the balance due by the date shown on your proposal — the schedule depends on the destination and on how far ahead you book, because hotels and airlines set their own deadlines. A booking made close to departure is payable in full at confirmation. The exact amounts and dates are always written on your proposal before you pay anything, and the full booking conditions are published.
